Bacon & Gruyère

This was my first burger with Gruyere cheese, and that cheese took it to another level,
great taste!

 

Built on a brioche bun, French’s mustard, lettuce, single smashed patty of coarsely ground chuck steak 100 gr / 0.26 lb topped with Gruyere cheese, smoked bacon, onion and Hellmans mayo.
